Coram Deo Study Center

of Flagstaff Arizona
a Reformed Ministry

veritas pro Christo

Our desire is to develop:

1. A deeper devotion to Christ and the reality of prayer as we live in dependence on the Lord.

2. Build a confidence in Biblical truth through principled study methods.

3. To understand the reality and scope of the fall.

4. To deepen the appreciation of God’s gifts in all of life.

5. To better understand the culture in which we live and how to apply the Christian worldview to all of life.

6. To be prepared to give honest answers to honest questions.

7. The need for the reformation of the modern church.

Welcome

It is our conviction thdat the Christian community is in need of ministries that encourage Biblical thought amidst the plethora of worldviews that exist in our culture. The injunction in Romans 12:1-2 to be "renewing the mind" is something we believe is most essential in our place in history. At one time our country operated on what may be called a Christian consensus. In other words, though not all were Christian, people still thought from that worldview. However, we are now tacitly ushered into a worldview that in most ways stands in direct conflict to the Christian worldview. George Barna has noted that; "only 9 percent of born-again adults and 2 percent of born-again teenagers have a biblical worldview." Coram Deo Study Center is here to offer an atmosphere that will encourage a deepening understanding of Christian thought and what it means to be a Christian in our culture.
